Bali is small, just 140 Km by 80 Km and lies between the most highly populated Java and one of the quieter and moderately slower paced islands of Lombok. Life on Bali is culturally linked to satisfying and appeasing the gods, spirits and demons. Bali has breathtaking panoramas of cultivated rice terraces, impressive volcanoes and pristine beaches. Like many islands, Bali has developed a world of its own. It not only captures what is special about Indonesia but also has a uniqueness of its own.

In Bali, there is almost everything available. If you searched for some sunshine, you would be able to enjoy the sun bath on one of Bali’s beaches such as Kuta, Sanur, Nusa Dua and many other exotic beaches of Bali. If you search for some cultural adventures, you may stay in some villages in Bali. Well, considering that Bali has so many excellent places to be visited, you might need to consider of having some long vacations in Bali. Considering that you wanted to do some long stays, it means you would need to get a Bali villa.
 
Choosing Bali villas as the place to stay is based on several considerations. The first consideration is the price. Staying in Bali villa in some long periods, they would be able to get some lower prices than they should pay if they stayed in the hotel for the same periods. The second consideration is; they need some more privacy. They need a perfect place to have the privacy, so Bali villa is the perfect place to stay.
 
In Bali, there are so many types of Bali villas. You may choose based on your budgets and your preference. You may choose some villas in the villages, or some villas in Bali’s hotspots. Of course, the location of the villa would determine the price. If you chose the villa in the hotspots or near the hotspot, you would need to pay more money than if you stayed in some outer town villas or some villas in the villages. Have 4 to 6 small meals each day.

Dont eat most of your calories in the evening and night time after work

Again we have a huge increase in the blood sugar levels after our huge meal. And as I said above, thes means majority of it will be stored as fat.
This can all be stopped by being sure you have 4-6 portiona per day.

Eat enough amounts of all the Macronutrients :
Macronutrients are your Protiens, Carbs and Fats

Having good quality protein such as turkey fish, chicken is a great delicious way to ensure you have descent protiens.

With carbs, try to go for whole grains and other foods like oatmeal and brown rice. These types of foods known as complex carbs require alot more energy from yuor body to break down which is a good thing.

It is also crucial that you dont cut out healthy fats. Healthy fats are instrumental to our health and wellbeing. And contrary to what people think they do not cause weight gain. Cutting out good fats just makes it more difficult to lose weight. Almonds, cocunut oil, vegatable oil and fish are examples of healthy fats full of omega 3.

Exercise :
Repeating tons of sit-ups will NOT gaurantee you get those six pack abs. Simple cardio exercises and multijoint exercises like jogging, squats, weight lifting and dumbells will really speed up the process of moulding your abdominals.
