How Much Do I Need to Hire a Catering Service Provider

Friday, January 15th, 2010

Decide on these two questions and you won’t have trouble deciding how much you should spend for a catering service: 1) What do you want your catering service to provide for your event and 2) how much money are you ready to pour out for this party.

How much should you spend for a catering service depends on how elaborate you want your party or the event to be . In other words , the degree of preparation that you expect your caterer to provide depends upon how much you are willing to pay.

Catering service providers usually have  a packages ready for you to choose from. Caterers can also make some adjustments to cater for your particular needs. Payment depends on how much detail you require the cater to produce or service.

The question on how much to spend for a catering service often comes when you are undecisive of what want and how much you are willing to spend. There is no exact anwer to this. It all depends upon you – the customer. But of course – there are also limitations to how small you are willing to spend. What we pay for most of all is the service. The service that comes before, during, and even after the party.

How much then for the standard package? And what will you get from them . It really varies .

But there is a bracket for the price and that is from P175 per head to P190 per head. Prestigious caterers might ask for P200 per head and up.

4 or 5 courses is something you often hear when getting a caterer. 1 or 2 desserts are also incuded. They can come as cakes, sweets, delicacies, salads, fruits, or chocolates. Roasted calf, turkey, or lechon is not inclusive. You get them for paying extra. There are instances when you get a free lechon, turkey, or roasted calf from your caterer. It depends on how many number of persons you booked for. Some caterers give one lechon for every 100-person booking. Other caterers offer turkey or roasted calf for a number of persons per booking.

There are caterers that are willing to accept a minimum of 30 persons per catering service . But usually they expect you to book for at least 50 persons .

Inclusive are the utensils and plates , tables and chairs , linens and few decorations . Your package often comes with waiters and servers. Thus many prefer to hire caterers. Hosts can enjoy with the guests instead of getting worried how to serve all their guests.

It is part of caterers job to see to it that the place is clean before they leave the premises. This is a sign that the caterer is responsible. The hosts normally would like to rest after the party and leave the general cleaning the next day. Catering service providers can really be a great deal of help to making your party worth attending.

Thermal Coffee Pot

I love to write about a variety of interesting topics. I do not have a favorite topic in mind, but I really enjoy writing about almost anything right now. At this time I am starting an online business. I have been known to write about credit cards, insurance, Spanish, English, Chinese, Japanese, French, Italian, German and other languages. I speak several different languages and currently I’m going to school to acquire a bachelors degree.

When I’m done with school. I will continue to do SEO work and write articles. I enjoy, writing articles, because I’m able to learn more about the topics that I’m not very familiar with. Of course, I have to learn about the topics first and I do much of my research on the internet. I am then able to write about what I have learned on that topic. For example, if I am learning or if I am going to write an article about a topic, I first go online and I research that topic. Sometimes it only takes me a few minutes when I am somewhat familiar with the topic already. It depends to a great exent, on how familiar I am with the topic. Sometimes it might take me an hour or more to learn about the topic. Either way, I am continuing my education.

I look at all kinds of sites. I like to look at sites like yahoo answers, Google News, Yahoo news, CNN, Fox news, press releases and other reference materials. Anyway, after I have researched the topic well and that I can write something from off the top of my head. To give you an example this time I will write about www.THERMALCOFFEEPOT.NET. I write this is down on my computer and I begin typing. I’d like to type out then run through it once again to make sure it flows nicely and check for grammatical errors. In the article I will be sure to include useful information to readers, Thermal Coffee Pot . After that I’m done.

I then set the article aside and maybe wait a few hours, sometimes the day and I’ll get back to it later with fresh eyes and a good night’s sleep, and I’ll see the article, and again review it for any errors or any changes needed. I like to see if it might sound better if it were put in other words, sometimes more precise and condensed. Then I’m ready to publish what I wrote, so I find the place where I want to publish it, and I submit the article. The article is then reviewed. It is usually accepted and I can go on in the next topic of choice. After the readers have the information, Thermal Coffee Pot, then they can make a smart choice.
